Collection eight: delivery, cancellation and returns

Delivery

Free delivery in the UK. International delivery is available to certain countries — please ask. Lead times are shown on each product page: the Saul shelf dispatches 6–8 weeks from order and the Sagmeister wardrobe 8–10 weeks from order.

Cancellations

Orders are processed immediately after they are made. Orders can be cancelled within 3 days of being placed; after that, cancellation is not possible.

Returns and exchanges

As items are made to order, all furniture sales are final and not eligible for refunds or exchanges — unless the item is damaged or defective. Please inspect your purchase as soon as it's delivered.

If something is wrong

We'll work with you to make things right. Contact us within seven days of receipt. Items will be collected, and you'll be refunded the full amount of your purchase if you do not wish to exchange.
